Rob Alberti, Inc. has been thriving for over 30 years, but as technology has evolved, how potential customers are interacting and booking has changed. Almost all interactions he now has with potential new customers is through online mediums —website, sites like Wedding Wire, The Knot, and social media. He knew he could be connecting more deeply with his audience, but he wasn’t sure how.
